AD9246 是一款单芯片、1.8 V单电源供电的14-bit、80 MSPS/ 105 MSPS/125 MSPS模数转换器(ADC),内置采样保持放大器(SHA)与片上基准电压源。AD9246采用带输出误差修正逻辑电路的多级差分流水线结构,以125MSPS的转换速率提供14bit精度,而且保证在整个工作温度范围内无失码。宽带宽、真正的差分SHA允许各种用户可选择的输入范围与失调电压,包括单端应用。AD9246适合多通道系统中,在连续通道内进行满量程电压电平切换,以及在超过奈奎斯特速率的频率范围进行单通道采样输入。同以往的ADC相比,AD9246集低功耗与低成本于一体,非常适合通信、成像以及医疗超声应用。差分时钟输入信号控制所有的内部转换周期。占空比稳定器(DCS)能够补偿时钟占空比的各种变化,同时保持出众的整体ADC性能。数字输出数据以偏移二进制、格雷码或二进制补码形式进行显示。数据输出时钟(DCO)可用于确保带有接收逻辑的适当的锁存定时。AD9246采用48引脚LFCSP_VQ封装,工作温度范围为:-40°C~+85°C
The AD9246 is a monolithic, single 1.8 V supply, 14-bit, 80 MSPS/ 105 MSPS/125 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC), featuring a high performance sample-and-hold amplifier (SHA) and on-chip voltage reference. The product uses a multistage differential pipeline architecture with output error correction logic to provide 14-bit accuracy at 125 MSPS data rates and guarantees no missing codes over the full operating temperature range.The wide bandwidth, truly differential SHA allows a variety of user-selectable input ranges and offsets, including single-ended applications. It is suitable for multiplexed systems that switch full-scale voltage levels in successive channels and for sampling single-channel inputs at frequencies well beyond the Nyquist rate. Combined with power and cost savings over previously available ADCs, the AD9246 is suitable for applications in communications, imaging, and medical ultrasound.A differential clock input controls all internal conversion cycles. A duty cycle stabilizer (DCS) compensates for wide variations in the clock duty cycle while maintaining excellent overall ADC performance.The digital output data is presented in offset binary, Gray code, or twos complement formats. A data output clock (DCO) is provided to ensure proper latch timing with receiving logic.The AD9246 is available in a 48-lead LFCSP_VQ and is specified over the industrial temperature range (−40°C to +85°C)
