ST7MC:面向三相感应和永磁无刷电机的MCU。ST7MC系列采用工业标准的8位芯片。所有器件均搭载标准的MCU外设、ST片上电机控制外设和电机控制单元,该电机控制单元主要由三相脉宽调节器(通过6个高电流汲入器输出端实现信号多路复用)和高度灵活的Back EMF(BEMF)零交叉探测器以及用于永磁无刷直流(BLDC)电机无传感器控制的协处理器组成。ST荣获专利的“三个电阻器”无传感器控制方法,采用片上比较器和运算放大器,可使系统成本降至最低,同时实现最高的系统集成度,以便控制BLDC电机。 主要特性:和优点
