AD7984: 18-Bit,采样速率1.33 MSPS 的PulSAR型ADC,功耗为10.5 mW,采用MSOP/QFN封装
AD7984是一款18-bit、逐次逼近型模数转换器,采用单电源供电。它包含低功耗、高速、18-bit采样模数转换器以及一个多功能串行接口端口。在CNV上升沿,它对IN+和IN-引脚之间的电压差进行采样。这两个引脚上的电压通常在0V和VREF. 之间以相反相位摆动。参考电压(REF)是从外部施加的,并且可以独立于电源VDD设置。
SPI兼容串行接口还具有利用SDI输入将几个ADC以菊花链形式串联到单个三线式总线上的能力,并提供可选的忙指示。采用独立VIO电源,能兼容1.8V、2.5V、3V和5V逻辑。AD7984采用10引脚MSOP或10引脚QFN(LFCSP)封装,工作温度范围为−40°C至+85°C。
