The MCF5270 ColdFire Integrated Microprocessor combines high integration with low cost on the popular Version 2 ColdFire core, providing 96 (Dhrystone 2.1) MIPS at 100MHz. Offered in low-power, high-performance 0.13 u technology, the MCF5270 features a 10/100 Fast Ethernet Controller, a 32x32 enhanced Multiply and Accumulate, and all of the common connectivity interfaces, including three UARTs, I2C, and a QSPI.
