AT73C203 |
The AT73C203 is a low-cost, ultra low-power,
power and battery management IC designed to interface directly
with portable and hand-held applications built around
microprocessors requiring smart power management functions. It
includes all required power supplies tailored to be fully
compatible with the sub-systems of these datacom platforms,
including the core, peripherals, SPI control interface, SIM
interface, etc. |
AT73C204 |
The AT73C204 provides an integrated power
management solution for the add-on features in new-generation
mobile phones. These features include a camera module, sound
system for polyphonic ringing tones, memory module for
downloaded MP3 files, Bluetooth module for cordless headset,
etc. It is suitable for any telecommunications standard:
GSM/GPRS, PDS, CDMA, CDMA2000, WCDMA or UMTS. |
AT73C211 |
The AT73C211 is a power management device for
digital, analog, interface, and RF and backup sections of
add-on modules used as accessories in popular handheld devices
such as mobile phones, digital still cameras, PDAs and a wide
range of multimedia devices. |
AT73C212 |
The AT73C212 Power Management Unit for
mid-level multimedia modules integrates in a single IC the
power management circuitry for camera and sound sections in
feature phones. |
AT73C213 |
The AT73C213 is a fully integrated, low-cost
combined stereo audio DAC and audio amplifier circuit targeted
for Li-ion or Ni-Mh battery-powered devices such as mobile
phones, smartphones, PDA, DECT phones, digital still cameras
or any other type of handheld device where an audio interface
is needed. |
AT73C214 |
The AT73C214 is a power management device
designed to supply digital, analog, interface, RF and backup
sections of generic wireless devices, in particular battery
powered applications. It also integrates LDOs to recharge
backup elements and convert voltage to the microcontroller RTC
supply level. The AT73C214 also includes a low-cost battery
charger for Li-Ion or Li-Polymer batteries. LDO and DC-to-DC
output voltages can be programmed by mask change. |
AT73C239 |
The AT73C239 is a 4-channel Power Supply Power
Management Unit (PMU) available in a QFN 3 x 3 mm package. It
is a fully integrated, low cost, combined Power Management
device for wireless modules, GPS and WLAN devices. It
integrates four Linear Low Drop Out (LDO) Regulators, three of
which provide high-accuracy RF performance and one (LDO4) with
very low quiescent current that is supplied by an external
backup battery. The AT73C239 features a Two-wire Interface
(TWI) to increase the efficiency of the system by disabling
LDOs when not needed. |
