AD7687BCPZRL7: 16位、250 kSPS、差分PulSAR(R) ADC,采用uSOIC或QFN封装

AD7687是一款16位、250 kSPS、电荷再分配、逐次逼近型模数转换器(ADC),采用2.3 V至5.5 V单电源(VDD)供电。该器件内置一个极低功耗、高速、16位无失码采样ADC、一个内部转换时钟和一个多功能串行接口端口,还集成了一个低噪声、宽带宽、极短孔径延迟的采样保持电路。在CNV上升沿,该器件对IN+与IN-引脚之间的电压差进行采样。这两个引脚上的电压摆幅通常在0 V至REF之间、相位相反。基准电压(REF)由外部提供,最高可设置为电源电压,功耗和吞吐量呈线性变化关系。

SPI兼容串行接口还能够利用SDI输入,将几个ADC以菊花链形式联结到单根三线式总线上,并提供一个可选的忙闲指示。采用独立电源VIO时,该器件与1.8V、2.5V、3V或5V逻辑兼容。AD7687采用10引脚uSOIC封装或10引脚QFN封装(CSP芯片级封装),工作温度范围为-40°C至+85°C。

The AD7687 is a 16-bit, 250 kSPS, charge redistribution successive-approximation Analog-to-Digital Converter which operates from a single power supply, VDD between 2.3 V to 5.5 V. It contains a very low power high-speed 16-bit sampling ADC with no missing codes, an internal conversion clock and a versatile serial interface port. The part also contains a low noise, wide bandwidth, very short aperture delay track/hold circuit. On the CNV rising edge, it samples the voltage difference between IN+ and IN- pins. The voltages on these pins usually swing in opposite phase between 0 V to REF. The reference voltage REF is applied externally and can be set up to the supply voltage.Its power scales linearly with throughput.

The SPI compatible serial interface also features the ability, using the SDI input, to “Daisy chain” several ADCs on a single 3 wire bus and provides an optional Busy indicator. It is compatible with 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3 V or 5 V logic using the separate supply VIO.The AD7687 is housed in a 10-lead uSOIC or 10-lead QFN (Chip Scale package) with operation specified from –40°C to +85°C.
