4-Kbyte In-System programmable Flash Program Memory, 256-Byte SRAM, 64-Byte EEPROM, 32-Byte Register File, Two 8-bit Timer/Counters with PWM channels, 4-channel 10-bit A/D, Analog Comparator, Temperature Sensor, USI-Universal Serial Interface, and debugWIRE for on-chip-debug. Up to 1 MIPS throughput per MHz.
The ATtiny43U is a low-power CMOS 8-bit microcontroller based on the AVR enhanced RISC
architecture. By executing powerful instructions in a single clock cycle, the ATtiny43U achieves
throughputs approaching 1 MIPS per MHz allowing the system designer to optimize power consumption
versus processing speed.
